Exercise classes are for all levels of fitness and athletic goals.
Beginner to Advanced Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA Clinics, Gi Jiu-Jitsu and No-Gi Jiu Jitsu, Krav Maga, Group Fitness, Circuit Training and Strength & Conditioning classes. We offer Youth and Teen Programs teaching Self-defense and Fitness, Personal Training for all ages and levels, an Outdoor Gym and a Family Friendly environment!

Tuesday and Thursday – 7:00am to 8:30pm

This is an amazing place full of amazing people. The coaches are fantastic to say the least. They've created an environment that's conducive to learning techniques of each respective martial art. There is something there for everyone: fitness, Jiu jitsu, Muay Thai kickboxing, boxing, etc. Best martial arts gym I've been a part of.
This gym is awesome Jon marsh or Coach was really hands on and made sure I had a kick ass workout! Definitely give them a shot you will not be disappointed.
I am in South Bay on a work trip and found this place on yelp! The staff was awesome and the classes kicked my butt in the best way! Traveling a lot makes it hard to stay in shape so finding places like this that are so welcoming and killer classes really help. Anytime I am here I am def going to try to squeeze In a class.
If you want to feel better, look better, and be in a gym that's fun and kicks your butt every time this is the place. I've been training with John for about a year- I never knew any martial arts or wrestling but was always interest in boxing. We started with the basics and now John and I spar, it's bad-ass. He's a professional and is a true teacher. The classes are great for beginners and advanced members, everyone is wiling to help out and teach if you are confused. There's no excuse to not come by try it and check it out. Seriously do it you won't regret it.
I started training at Triton about a year ago. I was initially drawn to Triton because of its location and because I always saw people taking group classes when I drove by. As both a female and someone with no prior MMA experience, I was definitely nervous at first. However, training at Triton has now become one of the best parts of my day. The group classes are always really fun and a great work out regardless of your fitness level. The instructors are also friendly and welcoming. I feel very fortunate to have been able to find a gym where I have met so many amazing people and will continue to recommend Triton to everyone.
A big thank you to the Triton staff for the dedication and hard work all these years. Students in group classes are still given individual attention. This is definitely the best MMA training center in the Southbay!
