NO-GI JIU-JITSU CLINICS

This class is designed to give students a solid understanding of the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Learn the positional strategies, joint locks, and chokes that have made Jiu-Jitsu famous. No-Gi does not require the Gi.
