BOXING & KICKBOXING CLINICS
(All Levels Welcome)
Beginner to experienced Boxing/Kickboxing skills and techniques are taught in these clinics. Clinics include partner offensive and defensive movement. Light contact to be expected.
MIXED MARTIAL ARTS CLINICS

Learn how to combine the techniques used in Boxing, Kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling into one highly effective system of self defense.
GI/NO-GI JIU-JITSU CLINICS
(All Levels Welcome)
This class is designed to give students a solid understanding of the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Learn the positional strategies, joint locks and chokes that have made Jiu-Jitsu famous. No-Gi does not require the Gi.

WRESTLING CLINICS
Wrestling is a combat sport involving grappling techniques such as clinch fighting, throws, take-downs, joint locks, pins and other grappling holds. This class is all levels and is also taken by many High School / College athletes.

What to Bring
Martial Arts Clinics:
Boxing shoes or bare feet, athletic wear, hand wraps and boxing gloves if you have them and a mouthpiece is recommended. You are able to try out classes without all gear but will not be able to participate in some drills if you do not have a mouthpiece.
*The coach will accommodate the drill for you.*
Additionally, MMA gloves for MMA Clinics and Shin Guards for MMA and Kickboxing Clinics recommended. *Used equipment is available to use for classes.*
Gi Jiu-Jitsu and No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu Clinics:
A Gi is required for the Gi Jiu-Jitsu clinics but you are able to try class without a Gi. Athletic attire is required for No-Gi clinics. Rashguard/Lycra material top is recommended.
