Co-founder of Triton Mixed Martial Arts Training Center, Mitch Tavera, is the Chief of Police for the El Segundo Police Department and brings a lifetime of real world experience to our members. Sal Tomasello grew up as an active athlete; during high school he found a fascination with health and wellness, and while elevating his own various levels of performance, he found enjoyment in helping others achieve what they thought impossible. Sal has multiple certifications, and practices Optimal Performance Training, boxing/Kickboxing, Olympic lifting, and proper nutrition. Advocating for a healthy, fit and balanced lifestyle, Sal helps others through his dynamic positive energy and Functional movements. If you want a challenging functional work out check out any one of his classes, just bring that energy. You can catch Sal on his surfboard every morning at 6am.

Her interest and desire to learn more led her to complete a 200-hour teacher training with Yoga Mittra in Manhattan Beach, CA. Through this training, Amanda deepened her appreciation for yoga and felt called to share what she learned. Starting with Taekwondo/Karate at 5 years old, transitioning to Western boxing & Muai Thai at 11 years old and competing under "AEMT" rules (Asociacion Espanola de Muai Thai) under Kru Salvadow Vasquez Fonseca, European & Spanish Thai boxing Champion in Palma de Mallorca Spain from 13-15 years old. I have 8 years teaching experience with kids primarily and adults, all ages in MMA, Boxing, Muai Thai, Wrestling and BJJ.

Jamie DAVIS

Jamie's passion for fitness stems from growing up in an athletic family and playing sports. Her love of fitness lead her to become a ACE certified personal trainer and Pound certified instructor. 
She is currently studying to achieve a degree as a Dietician with a goal to help the fight against child obesity. At the age of 7, Jamie's Dad told her the most important thing in life is your health. He wanted her to understand the importance of health because he was dying of cancer. Although cancer was not something he could control, he was the inspiration behind her wanting to teach and inspire others to live a healthy lifestyle.

Toni Chamoun has experienced more than fifteen years of success in the sports and fitness world. Beginning his career as Swiss Boxing Champion, his passion and dedication to achieving overall, optimal fitness led him to become a licensed personal trainer as well as a nutritional advisor. Toni has since then coached many others towards achieving their fitness success stories.

 

Currently, Toni works with a wide variety of people at different fitness levels.
