CARDIO FIT BOXING CLASSES

Learn proper punching technique, defensive movement and footwork using heavy bags and punching mitts. Drills are done with interval training like a pro boxer. This class will enhance your speed, strength and agility while giving you a great cardiovascular workout and help you lose weight!

CARDIO KICK & CORE CLASSES
Kickboxing - Also known as Muay Thai - “The Science of the Eight Limbs” Use the tools of a modern kickboxer to reach your fitness goals. This class will incorporate punches, kicks, knees and elbows for an all out kickbutt workout. Can’t forget the washboard abs! Be sure to give your core a good burn in Triton’s Cardio Kick & Core classes.

Triton’s circuit training class utilizes various equipment designed to maximize both your strength and endurance.This endurance packed training is the ideal way to become leaner, more durable, and mentally unbreakable. While taking these classes you’ll move faster, look better, and feel endlessly energetic.

Get Ready to box the beat! This high-energy class will be sure to get your heart pumping and sweat pouring while you get an intense cardio boxing workout with high energy music.

TOTAL TONE

Take a break from the bigger muscle groups and cardio as we focus on the smaller supporting muscles. We'll work abductors and adductors (inner and outer thigh), glutes, calves, core and upper body muscles along with a longer stretch.

This full body workout will get your blood flowing while allowing your larger muscles time to recover.

YOGA FLOW
This vinyasa-style flow class offers a physical workout while cultivating mind-body connection. Expect to build strength while focusing on body alignment and connecting to the breath. Slow it down at the end for a deep, relaxing stretch. You’ll walk away feeling calm, centered and peaceful. All levels welcome. 
YOGA SLOW FLOW + STRETCH
The perfect stress reliever! A restorative, gentle flow guided by the breath, created to increase flexibility and focus. This class will help open up tight areas of the body and settle the mind. Perfect for all levels, those recovering from injuries and anyone who wishes to feel lighter, calmer and more relaxed. All levels welcome.

What to Bring

Group Fitness Classes:

Boxing shoes or bare feet, athletic wear, hand wraps and boxing gloves if you have them and a water bottle. *Gym boxing gloves available to try classes.*

Outdoor Circuit Training:

This class is outdoors on our Turf Field. Workout shoes and attire are required.

***Please be sure to bring your water bottle for all classes*** Stay Hydrated!
