Cardio Kick & Core

CARDIO FIT BOXING CLASSES
(All Levels Welcome)
Learn proper punching technique, defensive movement, and footwork using heavy bags and punching mitts. Drills are done with interval training like a pro boxer. This class will enhance your speed, strength, and agility while giving you a great cardiovascular workout and help you lose weight!

CARDIO KICK & CORE CLASSES
(All Levels Welcome)
Kickboxing - Also known as Muay Thai - “The Science of the Eight Limbs” use the tools of a modern kickboxer to reach your fitness goals. This class will incorporate punches, kicks, knees, and elbows for an all-out kick-butt workout. Can’t forget the washboard abs! Be sure to give your core a good burn in Triton’s Cardio Kick & Core classes.

Triton’s circuit training class utilizes various equipment designed to maximize both your strength and endurance. This endurance-packed training is the ideal way to become leaner, stronger, and mentally unbreakable. While taking these classes you’ll move faster, look better, and feel endlessly energetic.

This class embraces a wide range of equipment and movements for a complete full body workout including strength training, abs, and cardio. Time will fly as you work your way from station to station to complete a series of exercises that are sure to tighten and tone every inch of your body. This class is modified for all levels.

Triton's weight training program is intentional and athletically focused.  Our coaches teach the core fundamentals of whole-body strength and mobility while challenging members to grow in strength and improve body composition.
