Ready to use your own body weight to achieve strength you have never before experienced? 30/30 will leave you in a pool of dripping sweat, yearning to come back and do it all again. 30 minutes of Spin followed by 30 minutes of TRX. Check it out!

WHAT TO BRING

SPIN & TRX Classes:

Shoes for stationary bikes, athletic wear, hand towel and a water bottle.*

***Please be sure to bring your water bottle for all classes*** Stay Hydrated!

GYM Hours:

Monday through Thursday 7:00am to 8:30pm

Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm

Saturday & Sunday 8am to 12pm
