Triton’s circuit training class utilizes various equipment designed to maximize both your strength and endurance.This endurance packed training is the ideal way to become leaner, more durable, and mentally unbreakable. While taking these classes you’ll move faster, look better, and feel endlessly energetic.
WHAT TO BRING
Group Fitness Classes:
Boxing shoes or bare feet, athletic wear, hand wraps and boxing gloves if you have them and a water bottle. *Gym boxing gloves available to try classes.*
Outdoor Circuit Training:
This class is outdoors on our Turf Field. Workout shoes and attire are required.
***Please be sure to bring your water bottle for all classes*** Stay Hydrated!
Monday through Thursday 7:00am to 8:30pm
Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm
Saturday & Sunday 8am to 12pm
