Kickboxing - Also known as Muay Thai - “The Science of the Eight Limbs” Use the tools of a modern kickboxer to reach your fitness goals. This class will incorporate punches, kicks, knees and elbows for an all out kickbutt workout. Can’t forget the washboard abs! Be sure to give your core a good burn in Triton’s Cardio Kick & Core classes.
WHAT TO BRING
Group Fitness Classes:
Boxing shoes or bare feet, athletic wear, hand wraps and boxing gloves if you have them and a water bottle. *Gym boxing gloves available to try classes.*
***Please be sure to bring your water bottle for all classes*** Stay Hydrated!
Monday through Thursday 7:00am to 8:30pm
Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm
Saturday & Sunday 8am to 12pm
