Learn proper punching technique, defensive movement and footwork using heavy bags and punching mitts. Drills are done with interval training like a pro boxer. This class will enhance your speed, strength and agility while giving you a great cardiovascular workout and help you lose weight!
WHAT TO BRING
Group Fitness Classes:
Boxing shoes or bare feet, athletic wear, hand wraps and boxing gloves if you have them and a water bottle. *Gym boxing gloves available to try classes.*
***Please be sure to bring your water bottle for all classes*** Stay Hydrated!
Monday through Thursday 7:00am to 8:30pm
Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm
Saturday & Sunday 8am to 12pm
